In the Volkswagen Beetle convertible, the door frame is attached to the window mechanism by means of plastic guides. When wear and tear occurs, there is excessive play in which the windows will no longer slide straight and smooth, and these parts are often lost during restoration.
The guide parts are supplied in an assembly including the flat, corrugated and shaft lock washers required for a door.
