The wooden interior parts for the Westfalia campers are attached differently for each part; for the sliding door and the tailgate or rear hatch the plastic clips shown here are used.
These clips are only used for the sliding door panels and the tailgate on Westfalia motorhomes. Do not try to mount clips that look the same, the panels will not stay in place long. If you find out too late, not only will your panel come loose, but there is also a chance that your panel will be warped.
Fasten your panels with the right clips in the right place and you'll save yourself a lot of trouble later on.
