Product description
There is a rubber mount at the top of the outer tube. This rubber is used to mount the steering column without vibrations and is positioned between the steering column and the mounting bracket.
This applies to all listed model years, but there is a difference depending on whether your Beetle is equipped with a steering lock or not. The rubber listed here is intended for vehicles without a steering lock.
