If you are in possession of a twist link throttle system, this does not mean that this system is equipped with a central retraction spring ex works. Each manufacturer makes their bars in a different way, not all of them are well thought out.
Quite often the throttle valves only need to be retracted by springs on the carburetors. It is much preferable that both carburetors are retracted at the same time. This can be achieved by placing a central spring that retracts both carburetors at the same time.
In addition, this spring can replace the worn or rusted spring on your existing gas bar system.
