Product description
The trunk of the Volkswagen Beetle 1302 and 1303 and that of the VW Thing are provided with drainage holes to drain off any water that might enter. These drainage holes are closed with rubber plugs.
On the VW Beetle 1302 and 1303, they are located in the spare wheel well and on the VW Thing, in the floor under the windshield washer tank.
These plugs are made of rubber and equipped with a pull handle, so that you can remove the plug without having to make much effort, which can be very convenient in case of extreme off-road use, especially with a Volkswagen Thing.
