Product description
When unlocking the sliding door, a spring ensures that the locking hook on the rear lock remains open. If this is not the case, the locking hook will return to the locking position and you will no longer be able to close the sliding door at the rear.
At the cabin door, a tension spring ensures that when the lock is unlocked, the stop plate against which the door handle is pressed returns to its current position. If the spring is missing or broken, you can still close the door but you can no longer open it.
It is also possible that there is no problem with these springs but that the lock needs to be lubricated, the lock is factory lubricated but must be regularly lubricated with engine oil, so the lock will never dry.
