Product description
In the last Volkswagen Beetle produced, the housing in which the ignition switch is mounted has been changed. If you need to replace the key part on these models, you will need to drill a hole in the housing (see photo to see where this hole should be approximately drilled) and then use a pin to press the key part lock so that the lock can be removed from above. If your predecessor has demolished half of the housing or if the steering lock part no longer works, then this housing is available as new.
Not only the steering lock part but also the steering bearing are mounted.
