If you think this is just another accessory on which you can't put heavy loads, you're wrong. Running boards are very sturdy and should not be spared. They can easily support the weight of an adult, provided the anchoring points are in good condition.
They are made of sturdy aluminum, with a non-slip profile and polished visible parts.
They are supplied complete with mounting hardware.
