Product description
The Phat Boy muffler hasn't been on the market very long, but it has become massively popular in no time. This is due to its very robust design, heavy sound and sturdiness. It's not the cheapest muffler, but it's one of the best on the market, especially the seamless stainless steel version.
Power gain is optimal with the Phat Boy, which is why the pipe diameter is larger. A feature found only in the Phat Boy's separate mufflers.
The Phat Boy is therefore available in two versions: with black transport paint (which serves only to prevent rust during transport and storage) and in polished stainless steel.
If you want to keep the silencer nice and black, you'll need to treat it regularly with a heat-resistant paint, as the transport paint largely comes off immediately after commissioning.
The polished stainless steel version is built so that there are no welds on the silencer. The result is an exhaust silencer with a distinctive finish that remains beautiful even after years of use.
As with many separate silencers, you need more than just the silencer: you still need a spaghetti that connects the cylinder heads (see the 'Options' tab).
