Product description
Before high beam was operated by the lever on the steering wheel, a pedal on the left of the pedals was used to switch from low to high beam. Anyone who has used such a pedal knows the problem: it was difficult to find quickly, and the foot could easily slip off.
This disadvantage was already well known in the 1950s and 1960s. A practical accessory was therefore marketed, a rubber pedal that hooked onto the switch. The larger surface made it easier to find the switch, and the rubber provided a better grip. After many years, this accessory is once again available.
