Product description
To neatly cover the molding mounting screws on the VW Samba Bus, Volkswagen came up with the idea of installing a molding over them. One might think that the color of the trim should match the body color, in some cases it did, but more often than not it was a play on color combinations.
In addition, the black version was also used to clip into the guide rail of the folding roof, which at the time was available as an option on Volkswagen Buses for passenger transport.
Supplied on a roll, it is sufficient for all trims, including the sill trim. For the guide rail, you have a large piece of a full roll left over, but it's no longer enough to fill the trim strips as well, so you need to take two rolls.
