Working on an engine on a workbench is not always convenient, especially if you have to regularly tilt the engine to access it. This engine mount was designed to make working on the engine easier.
The engine is mounted at two points where the engine is normally mounted on the gearbox. This allows the crankcase to be split while hanging in the engine stand and to rotate 360 degrees to have good access to all parts.
If you have enough room on your workbench, consider mounting the motor mount with the workbench model, if you prefer all the freedom, choose the mobile version that comes with rubber wheels.
Note: The engine stand is designed for short-blocks, this is the crankcase with the cylinders, if you want to build a complete engine (which leads to a large increase in weight), it is advisable to strengthen the engine stand.
