Product description
If the fuel pump starts to leak or has too little output, the filter may be dirty or parts may be worn. With this overhaul kit, all wearing parts are replaced so that the fuel pump can be used again for many kilometers.
The year of manufacture mentioned is the one Volkswagen delivered it ex-works, just to be sure check the photo to see if the parts correspond to your fuel pump, if it is mentioned, you can click on the link of the fuel pump reference to see the fuel pump model.
It is important to check the parts of the fuel pump to be overhauled if they are still in good condition. Due to age and heat, experience shows that the parts usually have to be machined before being installed from the overhaul kit, otherwise the fuel pump will leak.
