In addition to the fender seals with cut-outs, there is also a variant available on a roll.
These seals are, like the black A-quality, very smooth, soft and shiny, but offer more mounting possibilities. They come on a roll which is sufficient for four wings. They still have to be cut to the desired length and there are cut-outs for the wing bolts.
These seals are not only available in black, but also in other colors, which makes it possible to combine the color of the seals with the color of the bodywork, which was often used ex-factory in the 1960s for the most luxurious Volkswagens.
Attention: Do not use the old seals as an example to determine the recesses and length, you will then be a bit short. The original has a rather long superfluous run which has not been taken into account with these rolls. Cut the recesses and measure the length when assembling, only then you will come out well.
