Product description
Between the engine lid lock or rosette and the engine lid is a gasket that prevents damage to the paint.
For most years of manufacture, it serves as a finish between the two parts. Exceptions are the Volkswagen Beetle until July 1964 and the Volkswagen Bus until July 1965, where the seals have only a protective function.
