Product description
Replacing the U-shaped rubber that clamps the window in the window frame is a heavy-duty task, without glycerin (a water-based lubricant that does not accelerate the drying of the rubber) it is almost impossible. And with too much glycerin, the rubber quickly slides too far on one side and rises too high on the other. You often see that the rubbers on the side where it is mounted too high are trimmed and on the other side there is an open space. But this can be done much better and more professionally by using the easy-to-apply rubbers mentioned here that are pressed externally between the glass and the frame after the fact, the use of lubricant is not even necessary in most cases.
The outer profile presses the rubber against the frame and the flexible upper surface finishes it aesthetically with a final result that will surpass the original.
