If you want to fit the car with disc brakes on the front, you will need different spindles (where the whole thing is mounted) to do this. These spindles replace the drum brake spindles. They are factory new, so not remanufactured originals, qualitatively the best choice you can make.
If your Beetle or Karmann Ghia is already equipped with disc brakes, you can replace a damaged spindle with this new spindle....
Note : can also be used on 1965 to 1968 model years, but use the bearings from 1968 and later (#4362).
