Product description
After years of loyal service, the cargo door locking mechanism can start to show defects, internal wear being the cause in most cases.
We've tested them all, from the Brazilian version that only fits our German VW Bus after modification, to cheap reproductions that are far from the original.
The one mentioned here is not the cheapest, but it is the only one whose design and internal mechanism are equal to the original and is made to be used frequently. It is likely that you will never have to replace this lock.
Comes with assembled knob for the inner lock in the original silver-beige color.
Don't forget to order the lock latch (mentioned on the options tab), in many cases it is also worn out by frequent use.
