Our Volkswagens are full of screws, bolts, nuts and washers, not all manufactured for a particular model, but used universally. These parts can be identified by their reference number starting with the "N" of the German word "Normteile", meaning "standard parts".

But just because they're standard parts doesn't mean they're still readily available today. That's why many parts beginning with the VW letter "N" are included in our range, and are fully compliant with Volkswagen specifications.

The M10 bolt listed here, with a length of 30 mm and a hardness of 10.9, has been used in a variety of applications. It's listed below by VW model for which it was used, along with the number needed if you're going to replace them all for the listed application. If an "X" is indicated as the number, the number may vary from vehicle to vehicle, so count the number required.
