Product description
The engine mount(s) is (are) attached to the crankcase with flange bolts with serrations on the Volkswagen models and model years listed.
The flange provides a larger contact pressure area and, due to the fixed serration, additional fastening is no longer required.
Only install the engine mount(s) with the bolts prescribed by Volkswagen. If bolts of a different length or shape are used, the housing may be damaged to such an extent that a threaded sleeve has to be fitted, which we do not want.
