Product description
The striker plates of the Volkswagen Beetle are attached to the bodywork from the 1956 model year onwards by means of a pin, which is secured by a lock washer. The same pin and washer were also used on the early VW Type 3 Squareback models, with the rear seat folding mechanism.
On many classic Volkswagens, these parts are missing, we often see a bolt and nut assembly. Do the assembly like the original with the right parts.
