Installing the brake parts

You now have all the parts avail-

able on your workbench. The
wheel brake cylinder is protect-

ed with brake cylinder paste. You

have copper paste (photo on the
right is the copper paste we of-

fer in the web shop) to grease all

moving parts to avoid squeak-

ing, cracking and corrosion.

You can also use copper paste Mount the wheel brake cylinder on

for the bolts to prevent them the backing plate (16), and secure

from getting stuck, because the it at the rear with the bolt (picture
brake parts can get very hot. 17 on the next page).
