Beschreibung des Produkts
Viele fragen sich, ob es möglich ist, die Leistung zu erhöhen, ohne das ursprüngliche Aussehen des Motors zu verändern, d. h. einen Hochleistungsmotor zu haben, ohne dass er von außen sichtbar ist.
Mit diesem Standardvergaser mit 37 oder 39 mm Durchmesser ist dies möglich. In Kombination mit einer schnelleren Nockenwelle und einem großkalibrigen Zylinderkit ist es möglich, die Leistung deutlich zu steigern und dabei das ursprüngliche Aussehen zu erhalten.
Der 39-mm-Vergaser wird für Hubräume von 1776 cm³ bis 1835 cm³ empfohlen, während die etwas kleinere 37-mm-Version für Hubräume bis 1776 cm³ geeignet ist.
Beide Vergaser werden mit einer Reihe von Zusatzdüsen geliefert, aber wenn Sie eine andere Düsengröße benötigen, sind diese auch separat erhältlich (siehe Registerkarte "Optionen").
Der mitgelieferte Höhenadapter ermöglicht es Ihnen, vom 37- oder 39-mm-Vergaser auf den Standard-34-mm-Ansaugstutzen zu wechseln. Wenn Sie den Adapter nicht verwenden, müssen Sie den Krümmer fräsen, um einen glatten Übergang für den richtigen Durchfluss zu schaffen.
Wir empfehlen die Verwendung des Adapters, nicht nur, um den korrekten Durchfluss zu gewährleisten, sondern auch, um ein Anschlagen der Lichtmaschine zu vermeiden. Dies ist der Fall, wenn Ihr Motor von einer Lichtmaschine (Gleichstrom) auf eine Lichtmaschine (Wechselstrom) umgerüstet wurde, da dann die Gefahr besteht, dass die Beschleunigerpumpe gegen die Lichtmaschine stößt.
Leistungstest:
Sowohl die 37- als auch die 39-mm-Version wurden auf einem Leistungsprüfstand getestet, wobei jeweils ein Standard-1600-ccm-Motor verwendet wurde und die einzige Modifikation eine Spaghetti-Auspuffanlage war. Beide Vergaser brachten eine Leistungssteigerung von 5 PS im Vergleich zum gleichen Aufbau mit einem Standard-34-mm-Vergaser.
