Car manufacturers try to keep the heads of screws and bolts out of sight as much as possible, especially when it comes to parts inside. If this is not technically possible, the head of the bolt or screw is concealed by means of a cap of the same colour as the part to be mounted. This elimination of bolt or screw heads has not always been the case, since the big model change in 1967 this began and has continued gradually, so they are the most used in third generation VW Buses.
