When disassembling the exhaust, the problem is often that the nuts are rusted and there is not enough room for the wrench. You can solve both of these problems with the nuts mentioned here.
Brass nuts
When using an exhaust system with a larger pipe diameter, the space for tightening and loosening the exhaust nuts is very limited. The brass nuts are specially designed for this purpose, they have a wrench width of 11 mm instead of the usual 13 mm, which creates more space for fastening and dismantling. These nuts are also suitable for mounting many other parts where space is a problem, the intake manifold of many engines is a good example.
Copper nuts
The copper exhaust nuts are tightened with a 12 mm wide spanner, so always one size smaller than the original 13 mm. This makes installation much easier. Please note that these nuts have a one-time tightening security, so they can only be used once.
