With a lowered front axle, you may have problems with the ball joints, they can tilt too little and bump continuously against the end. To avoid this, there is an appropriate solution, namely the installation of these lowered ball joints which can be tilted much more.
Due to lowering or lifting, the ball joint tilts more than normal, the lower the car, the more the ball joint tilts to the point where the ball joint can no longer go any further. If the ball joint continuously reaches the end point, this has consequences not only on handling, but also on the wear of your ball joint and on overall comfort. These modified ball joint can be tilted much further to solve this problem.
Note : Sand the torsion arms lever where the ball joint is to be placed. If you need more than 2 tons of pressure to mount this ball joint, do not force it, but remove a small edge. If you do not, the ball joint will get stuck, making driving difficult and can lead to dangerous situations.
Caution : Never use grease when pressing and leave the notch in the edge of the ball joint in the direction of travel, in the torsion arm there is also a mark (notch).
