Each step will be discussed in a separate video. We will show special tools and even homemade tools to help the enthusiast perform their engine overhaul.
HPMX carburetors The most famous double carburettors are the Weber IDF and the Dellorto DRLA. Since a few years there is a new player on the market, namely the HPMX carburettor. This is marketed by EMPI and is also sold as a complete set, including manifolds, air filters, linkage and mounting material.
Engine adjustment - video 01 valve clearance The valve clearance is the first thing to check when adjusting an engine. In addition to the valve clearance, the position of the rocker arm relative to the valve stem, is also a very important setting. This system will ensure that in all weather conditions the carburettor is supplied with air at the right temperature. With these younger air filter models you don't have to adjust anything in contrast to the older models.
