In a full flow system, the oil is pumped from the oil pump to the external oil cooler and back to the crankcase via a drilled main channel or by means of a return line adapter.
For this, you need an oil pump cover with an outlet that closes the oil channel in the oil pump. In addition, the oil channels leading to the existing oil cooler must be connected by means of a specially designed cover plate.
The oil pump cover is available in steel or aluminum. Some people prefer to use a solid steel cover, which has the advantage that the gears will not foul so quickly, after all, the original is not made of steel for nothing. The other prefers an aluminum cover, which has the advantage that it has cooling fins for additional cooling, and the aluminum is not too expensive.the other prefers an aluminum cover, which has the advantage that it has cooling fins for additional cooling, and the aluminum expands along with the housing and oil pump, which prevents leaks due to the expansion of two different types of material.
