The "Windage" type push rod protection tubes are based on the original, only in this model the side of the crankcase is longer so that they enter deeper into the crankcase. In tight turns, the oil oscillates in all directions; it can even happen that the oil suction hose dries out for a short time, thus eliminating the oil pressure. In the original situation, the oil is recovered in the push rod tubes, which we want to avoid. That's why the side of the crankcase of this "Windage" version is longer, so that the oil stays where it should be. Even if you don't have a racing car, it's interesting to use this type of tubes? It's an improvement over the original, so why not build in that security while you're at it.
"Windage" tubes are available in untreated steel like the original model and in polished stainless steel (see alternatives tab)
Are delivered without seals (see options tab).
