To determine which spade con-

nector you need, you first need to
measure the male side. You can

find these types of terminals at

different places in your VW such
as the fuse box, the voltage reg-

ulator, the ignition coil, ...

We are going to perform the mea-
surement for the connection of 0.80 mm

the ignition coil under the engine

lid. Measure the width and thick-

ness of the male terminal of the
ignition coil with a micrometer:

width: 6.31 mm
thickness: 0.80 mm
