The servo that controls the clutch arm of the semi-automatic units contains a membrane.
This servo-membrane is the main component of the servo, a small crack in the membrane already causes the necessary coupling problems. Volkswagen never sold this part separately, a completely new servo was the only solution. Thanks to this membrane, it is possible to operate your servo as it should be.
Remove the metal band holding the servo together and replace the membrane. To reassemble the servo, a screw-on metal clamp is included.
