Every Volkswagen is equipped with a set of tools and a jack from the factory. The jack is the most important tool, how can you change a wheel if the jack is missing? Over the years, the car changes owners regularly, so that the tools and the jack are often lost, the new owner will notice this much too late.
With the exception of the VW Vanagon, our Volkswagen is equipped with an opening in which the jack fits exactly, this lifting point was specially designed for this purpose and should therefore be used. What do you do when you don't have the original jack? You have to rely on a universal model that doesn't fit the existing lifting point, which results in a very unstable lifting mode that can not only damage the car, but also put you in danger.
The scissor jack mentioned here was specially developed for our classic Volkswagen and is intended for the original lifting point.
The base can be tilted to allow it to be lifted on any surface and the integrated lever is used for lifting, no additional tools are needed.
