If you think this Big Foot accelerator pedal is totally innovative, then you're wrong, the idea and design goes back to the 1970s when the accessories industry was at its peak.
The Big Foot accelerator pedal is designed to convert a narrow accelerator pedal into a larger surface, giving the driver more peace of mind by avoiding continuous foot correction during acceleration.
The idea of giving it the shape of a foot came later and was a great success. It was no longer the advantage of a big surface but its unique design that made Big Foot an irresistible gadget.
Big Foot is back and for many drivers, the accessory you shouldn't miss in your classic Volkswagen.
Attaches to the existing accelerator pedal using straight or diagonal brackets mounted at the rear, removing any mounted pedal rubber. You can also shorten one strip and make a new hole to attach the accelerator pedal with two strips. The Big Foot accelerator pedal is therefore universally usable in many brands and models equipped with an accelerator pedal with a maximum width of 55 mm.
Supplied with 2 bolt lengths and 2 fixing strips.
