Our Volkswagens are full of screws, bolts, nuts and washers, not all made for a particular model, but universally used.
These parts can be identified by their reference number, which begins with the "N" of the German word Normteile, meaning "standard parts".
It may be a standard part, but that doesn't mean it's still readily available today. That's why many parts in our range whose VW number begins with an "N" are specially manufactured by us or for us.
The serrated lock washers listed here have the lock on the outer edge and are identical to the original.
We list below, for each VW model, what these washers are used for, among other things, and how many parts are needed in total.
VW Beetle
