Diese Pleuelbuchsen, auch Kolbenbolzenlager genannt, befinden sich im oberen Teil der Pleuelstange, wo der Kolbenbolzen durchläuft.
Sie müssen praktisch bei jeder Überholung des Motors ausgetauscht werden. Wenn sich der Kolbenbolzen mit leichtem Daumendruck durch die Buchse schieben lässt, ist ein Austausch nicht erforderlich, aber in den meisten Fällen ist dies auch nicht nötig.
Nachdem die alte Buchse entfernt ist, wird die neue Buchse eingeschoben, und dann beginnen die noch auszuführenden Arbeiten. Bohren Sie die Löcher im Ölkanal und schleifen Sie die Innenseite, bis der Kolbenbolzen mit leichtem Daumendruck durch die Buchse geschoben werden kann.
