Injection engines are controlled by the ECU (Engine Control Unit). The information the ECU needs is transmitted by various sensors. If a sensor does not transmit information, or transmits incorrect information, the ECU reacts, which can lead to serious failures.
The sensor mentioned here gives the coolant temperature to the ECU. Only for Volkswagen Buses with a plastic thermostat housing.
A locking clip is not included, order it extra (see options tab).
