If your windshield washer no longer provides a full spray when the water pressure is sufficient, the cause is probably a blocked washer head. You can try opening it with a needle, but if that doesn't work well, you'll need to order a new nozzle.
It's easy to adjust the spray, for most models, by using the same needle to aim the metal tubes in the right position, aiming the spray at the top of the window. The wind blowing will cause the spray to be lower while driving.
Note : First check if this is possible, if it is a fixed tube, it will break if you use the mentioned technique.
If the washer head of your choice is available in several grades, the difference in quality is in the finish and stiffness of the rubber underlay and the hardness of the plastic hooks that hold the head behind the sheet metal part. If the sheet metal part is thicker than the original (paint and putty) or if you are a bit too rough when mounting, the B quality hooks will break quickly during mounting.
