There's nothing more unsightly than nicely painted, chrome or new engine sheet metal plates attached with rusty bolts.
To mount everything neatly, you can choose between two types of bolts or screws:
- galvanized with saw groove, locator point and fixed ring
- a stainless steel Allen bolt with loose rings
Galvanized saw groove bolts with fixed ring
The great advantage of this system is that you cannot lose the ring during assembly and, thanks to the search point, screwing is effortless. A great improvement over the original, even if it is not visible on the outside, a perfect solution for the original restorer who does not want to waste time.
Stainless steel Allen bolts with free ring
For those who like to customize, the best solution is a hollow head bolt with free ring, but unfortunately without a search point. The assembly is obviously not as easy as the above mentioned version, but the look is important. On top of that, this bolt will never rust again, you can also polish the heads until they are very shiny.
Comes in a set. The set contains enough bolts to mount all the sheet metal parts of your engine.
