The place where the bottom hinge is fixed in the door pillar is a sensitive point, especially the place where the pillar is welded to the heater channel. There is a suitable solution for this as well: weld the hinge fastening plate piece mentioned here.
The hinge fastening plates are directed to the inside of the inner flange and outwards to the curved flange joint. If the hinge attachment is still in good condition, you may consider replacing only the exterior, but if it is also beyond repair, take the entire part, including the hinge attachment.
Qualitatively, you are dealing with sheet metal parts that fit perfectly with the box beams and where the hinge mounting plates and the exterior are the right thickness. If you don't mind making some adjustments, the part with the hinge mounting is also available in a more economical B quality.
Note: In the case of the part with the hinge mount, the inside is only welded on one side. Be sure to also weld the other side when welding, otherwise you may have problems fixing the door later.
