The name betrays it a bit, the "Quiet Pack" exhaust system gives a quiet but deep sound and now belongs to the category of "retro" exhaust systems that appeared in the mid-60s for the Type 1 engine. Later, the spaghetti was adapted for type 4 engines in carburetor and injection version.
As with the "Quiet Pack" for the type 1 and type 3 engines, there are in two parts, a spaghetti and the silencer are also supplied as a complete system instead of two separate part numbers.
Both systems are delivered in a black transport paint that is designed to prevent rusting in the warehouse. If you want to keep the exhaust system black, you will have to treat it regularly with a heat-resistant paint, because immediately after starting the engine, the transport paint will peel off largely.
Supplied with mounting hardware and seals.
