Our webstore works with cookies, which remember your order for 12 hours. So you do not have to order everything at once, but you can finish your order at a later time. It is necessary that your browser accepts cookies, otherwise you can not order anything in the Paruzzi webstore.

Exchange is basically the same as returning your item and ordering a new one. To return, you must first log in to our site, then click on 'My account' at the top of the screen and choose the 'Returns & Warranty' tab. You can order the new article as a new order on our site.
Our webstore is equipped with a few filters, one of which is the VW type filter. Use this filter to improve the search result. Now you only see the parts that fit on the chosen vehicle (based on the factory specifications).
For each part there is a description with additional information. Here you can find, for example, the construction years in which this part was delivered or the cylinder capacity of the engine. Always check the year of construction before you order (all known years of construction are listed under technical data). If nothing is stated, this part is suitable for all construction years and types. If only one year of construction is stated, this is for all types from or up to the stated year of construction. The terms left, right, front and rear are seen from the driver's seat.
It can also happen that after the part number other information is mentioned as color, side, special edition etc. If you are in possession of a convertible then this can differ from the sedan version, consult the parts that is only intended for the convertible. If this part does not exists, the sedan and cabriolet parts are the same. Always compare the image to make sure that the right part is ordered. When in doubt: call or e-mail us!
Do not worry about that. All employees who answer your questions have years of experience in the aircooled Volkswagen branch and know our aircooled cars like no other. If an employee does not know the answer to your question, your question will be passed on internally to a specialist in this area.
We do everything to get the order quickly and correctly at the customer's home, if there is a problem, contact our customer service and we will solve it!
If we have made a mistake of course we reimburse the return costs, but if it was a telephone order, we are not responsible for incorrect orders.
For almost all parts offered, the manufacturer's warranty is maintained. That is different for each manufacturer and part and will therefore have to be looked at per product. It is assumed that all parts are assembled by skilled people, the warranty is also based on this. If assembly instructions are included, this is only for support of the part. Incorrect assembly and / or use of the part can not be covered under warranty. The following groups of parts do not have any form of warranty:
- all parts of which a higher quality is available (this is based on the last print of our catalog)
- electrical parts (often you can not see if the product is broken or if it was incorrectly fitted)
- all parts intended for tuning, racing and off-road use and that originally have not been installed by Volkswagen
Parts covered by the warranty are replaced or refunded free of charge, including return costs.
The moment you place an order, it will be processed as soon as possible and offered for shipment. That is in most cases the same day that you order. Normally you can expect the package after 2 business days. In the webstore you will find an expected delivery date for all products based on your country, the order time and the day of the week.
Note! Orders placed during the week before 3 PM (CET) will be sent the same day. After 3 PM (CET) the order can usually not be processed in time, and it will not be shipped until the next business day. Orders on Saturdays and Sundays are processed and shipped on Monday.
No, in order to get the products to your home as quickly as possible, is the processing time very short. Once an order is processed, we cannot change it anymore. If you need any additional parts, you will have to place a new order.

Of course, you are more than welcome in Yerseke (the Netherlands)! But please call to make sure all desired parts are in stock. Or even better: order via the webstore and choose the option to pick up your order in Yerseke, then we will prepare your parts.
Luckily it does not happen very often, but if it does, we will make sure that you receive the correct parts at home as quickly as possible. Contact us and we will fix the problem quickly.
Usually the delivery person will leave a message where the package has been delivered (for example at the neighbors) or (if the package has not been delivered) where you can collect it yourself or how you can have it redelivered (free of charge).
You should have received a Track & Trace e-mail. If you did not get one, send an email to [email protected] and we can follow the transport route of your package and where the package is now.
