If you would think that this Big Foot accelerator pedal is totally new, you are wrong. The idea and design came from the seventies when the accessory industry experienced their heyday's. The Big Foot accelerator pedal is intended to convert a narrow accelerator pedal to a pedal with a larger surface, giving the driver more rest instead of constantly having to correct his foot when accelerating.

The idea to shape it like a foot came later and was a big hit, it was no longer the advantage of a large surface but its unique design that makes the Big Foot irresistible.

The Big Foot is back again and for many drivers it is the accessory that should not be missed in his or her classic Volkswagen.

With the original pedal rubber is removed the Big Foot is mounted with brackets that are clamped over the existing accelerator pedal. You can also shorten the strips and add a new hole so that you can fix the accelerator with two shorter strips.

The Big Foot accelerator pedal is universally applicable in many brands and models that are equipped with a throttle pedal with a width of up to 55 mm.
