How to use our Online shop:

You can search in different ways in our ranges of products.

First choose your vehicle (click on the picture), than you can search on different ways for the right part:
Tips make the search quicker, with or without category selection. If you have found more parts, click on the part picture from your choice to get a large picture and more part information

When you have found the part you wish to order, select the quantity add this to you shopping basket by clicking "order". You can always change the your order before you have completed your order. When you have added a part to your shopping basket, you can search for more products or you can complete your order by clicking "complete order". You don't have to finish you order directly, you can finish it also later. (Our online store uses cookies that will remember your order)

VAT rates:
All prices are included VAT: 0% for used parts, 6% on books and 19% all other parts. If you don't live in the Netherlands you can eligible for the 0% rate. Please check if you are eligible to get the 0% VAT rate here.

Delivery charge and payment:
We only have two delivery charges for the Netherlands and Belgium depending on the way of payment, despite weight or volume. For all other countries delivery charge will be real time calculated.

Netherlands:

  € 4,95 automatic collection: You give us the permission to charge the total amount of your order from you bank account.
  € 9,95 Cash on delivery: Paid to the postman

Belgium:

  € 4,95 credit card: you pay with your credit card
  € 9,95 cash on delivery: Paid to the postman

Returns: No problem
When you ordered a part wrong or it doesn't satisfy your needs, no problem, you can return them to us within 14 days. Please fill in the return form and add this to the package and send it in a proper packaging. The cost of carriage will be for the client. After we have received the goods we will make a credit note and inform you how we return you payment.
