Camping with a classic Volkswagen Bus is camping in the style of yesteryear, there is no room for an ultra modern awning. Finding an old waterproof tent that is still in good working order is like looking for a needle in a haystack.
We are proud to present our new Vintage motorhome tent, brand new and entirely in the same style as our classic Volkswagen. Modern materials have been used for the development of the tent, for example, it is no longer necessary to waterproof your tent every season, as it was the case in the 1950s.
The Vintage tent attaches to the side of your camper (securing with clamps to the gutter, for example). If you want to go out, just disconnect the tent and you are left with a self-contained closed unit. Keep in mind that the connection between your Bus and the tent will not be waterproof, if you want it to be, you will have to find your own way to attach the tent to your Bus that does have a waterproof seal.
You can easily sleep 4 people, two in the camper van and two in the removable sleeping area of the tent. If the weather changes, you will have enough space to spend the bad weather hours. By removing the sleeping area, a large part is also available.
The tent has windows on both sides that can be closed at night, or if you are not present.
If you own a Westfalia Bay Window Bus or a VW Vanagon, the complete awning with tent posts can be easily inserted into the storage space on the cab roof. The tent is delivered complete with tent poles, guy ropes, poles and storage bags.
With this new Vintage camper van tent, you can create the perfect camping image in the style of your classic.
