With a hydraulic brake lock switch you can quickly lock and unlock the brakes. It is located between the master cylinder and the line leading to the rear wheels and operates as follows : after fully depressing the foot brake, you press this lock button, the brakes are then locked, by depressing the brake pedal again, the lock is released, which is much quicker than applying the hand brake. If you use two switches on the front brake lines, you can get a perfect "burn-out".
The connections are not supplied with metric wire like our complete brake system but NF (American National Fine) wire, you will need to adjust your brake lines for this. Use only DOT 3 brake fluid, if you use any other alternative it may cause internal damage and void any warranty.
Warning: You cannot use this switch to replace the hand brake, it must be present at all times.
Option : brake fluid (50100)
Only brake fluid that meets the DOT 3 specification, which is also prescribed by Volkswagen as standard, should be used. The use of brake fluid of a different specification may cause internal damage to the hydraulic brake control system. If you don't know which brake fluid is in your brake system, change the entire system. Never mix DOT 3 with any other type of brake fluid. It is advisable to order it immediately, DOT 3 is no longer available everywhere, it is supplied by the liter.

If you want to block the rear wheels separately, a brake control system has been specially designed for this purpose. With a single lever you can lock the left and right rear wheels.
