If you don't need heat exchangers or if you want a little more power, you can drop the heat exchangers. With these J-tubes you replace existing heat exchangers. These J-tubes are available in black transport paint, heavy chrome steel or stainless steel.
Black transport paint
These heat exchanger replacements are not equipped with brackets to fix the sheet metal under the cylinders. The diameter of the tube is 35 mm, which corresponds to the original exhaust system.
Caution: The black transport lacquer is intended to protect the metal against to rust while it stays in the warehouses and will largely come off immediately after start-up. If you want the heat exchanger replacements to remain black, you will have to treat them regularly with heat-resistant paint.
Chrome plated
In this version, the sheet metal supports with which the sheet metal can be fixed are present and also chrome plated. The diameter of the tube is the same as that of the black tubes, i.e. 35 mm.
Stainless steel
They have a tube diameter of 32 or 38 mm depending on the engine for which they are intended, they are mainly used with performance engines, where the additional exhaust system also uses this tube diameter. With the exception of the 25 and 30 hp models, special adapters are included for the lowered stainless steel exhaust (listed on the related parts tab) where you can choose these heat exchanger replacements as an additional option. If you are using them for another exhaust system, keep in mind that the exhaust system must have a flanged connection. For 25 and 30 hp engines, this does not apply, as these mount directly to the original or Abarth-style stainless steel exhaust (mentioned on the related parts tab).
